RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unworn and unused
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return label along with clear instructions on how to send your item back.

Important: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Sustainable Returns

We give returned items a second life through our partnership with GiveBackBox, where eligible returns are donated to charities.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can quickly resolve the issue.


Exceptions

  • Sale items are non-returnable
  • Gift cards are non-refundable

Exchanges

Want to exchange an item?

Simply return your original item. Once it has been received and approved, you can place a new order for your desired product.


Right of Withdrawal – European Union

In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days.
We voluntarily extend this to 30 days.

You are not required to provide a reason for your return.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unworn and unused
  • Must include original tags and packaging
  • Must include proof of purchase or order number

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — this ensures fast and efficient delivery.
